Raleigh, NC--Peace College lost today to a strong and regionally ranked Methodist University team today 9-0. The loss moves the Pacers to 4-3 in USA South competition, 5-6 overall. The Monarchs remin undefeated in league play at 7-0, 15-3 overall.

The Pacers picked up three games in today's sweep. Seniors Ella Dickens and Lucy Mauney each picked up a game in their singles matches. Number five Carol Ann Duke challenged her opponent as well with a game in the first set.

The Pacers travel across town to face the Avenging Angels of Meredith College Wednesday, April 9. Meredith holds the number three seed in the USA South standings. See you on the sidelines!
